Shipping & Returns

Shop orders:

We are currently building our website - orders can be shipped once products are launched. 

We aim to ship all orders from our shop within 3-5 days of payment receipt, excluding weekends, unless stated otherwise on the website.

Orders are usually dispatched via Royal Mail for the UK (We currently only ship to the UK) and we are not responsible for any delays that they experience. Postage in the UK is FREE and sent via 2nd class, tracked Royal Mail. 

All orders are made and dispatched from the UK.

Uncollected or refused boxes:

In the event that Royal Mail cannot deliver your box, it will be returned to your local delivery office. Royal Mail will hold your box for 14 days and then return it to us. We are not responsible for shipping these boxes out again. If you wish the box to be sent out you will need to contact us and pay for the postage. 

If your package Is returned to us - because it was addressed incorrectly, you are responsible for the cost of resending the package out again to you. 

What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds for any unshipped shipments. 

Our returns and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will offer refunds on returned unopened items once we receive them back as long as it is within 30 days of receiving it. In this instance, please send us an email to letting us know that you will be returning your purchase and we will look out for it. We will refund you once we receive it. If a Finds Box is unopened, there is no need to pay for postage, just cross the address out and write ‘Return to sender’. To return another product, you should email us for a shipping label. We will send you a shipping label to return your item for free providing you meet the requirements of our refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Waiting on a refund:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

While we try our best to carefully package our products, we understand that sometimes an item may be missing or that things may happen beyond our control during transit. If your purchase is damaged or you are missing any items, please contact us at and we will send out a replacement straight away. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
